PureClean 5.2 Web-Sweeps™ utilize our unique cross directional high velocity vacuum and blowing action web cleaning heads, in conjunction with a completely self-contained compact multi-stage high efficient filtering unit. Web-Sweep™ heads are equipped with a combination of seven interior top and bottom offset agitator brushes and two electronic static elimination bars that assist to effectively - Source Capture™ paper dust, chad and static simultaneously from both sides of the web. PureClean 5.2 Web-Sweep™ systems are designed for superior web cleaning with minimal drag and do not require additional urge/power assist units. Web-Sweep cleaning head are mounted directly on unwinders, box feeders and rewind units requiring no additional valuable floor space between feeding devices and printers. Custom and central systems are also available.
PureClean 7.2 AirSystems™ utilize custom plenum boxes or hoods that seal directly over exhaust vents or over other areas where contaminants are generated. The implementation of the "Source Capture" method, creates a negative pressure that effectively contains and directs the contaminant laden air into PureClean 7.2 Air Systems, without the need for exhausting. This is a permanent solution to the problems caused by pollutants such as paper dust, toner, fuser residue, chemicals and odors emitted into the ambient work area by high speed printers, document sorters, inserters and cutters. Custom and central systems are also available.
